Never am I at a loss for thoughts, just the words don't come so easy. A hopeless romantic with a love life that usually leaves him without hope. I'm always in a constant battle with myself, whether it be with my conscience or my heart. I always seem to have things well in grasp and in the palm of my hands, yet the muscles seem to weaken with the pressure and I lose it all. I'm not a self-loather or do I look for pity, I just know that the hand I've been dealt is one that I'm going to have to endure and make the best of. I know that for whatever reason, there will be a day where my search ends, be it in death, salvation, or love, it will come though. My music is my blood, I live vicariously through each day. If there's a day that goes by where I don't touch my guitar or drums, I am probably in traction on a gurney in a hospital room. The way I see it, is if there's ever one thing that everyone in the world could agree upon, it's that music can do anything. A song such as a country's national anthem brings pride and hope to a tattered nation. Lyrics that hit you just right can turn your whole day around, making you feel great or feel loss or remorse. The way that a screaming guitar solo makes hillbillies wet their overalls. However it may be, music is the most powerful force in the world today. It doesn't have to be the same style or by the same group or artist, just that it is. So my goal since I was old enough to beat the shit out of pots and pans has been for people to hear the music that I can bring to the world. It may not be soothing to your ears, but just for me to get my message across and one person to listen and appreciate that is enough.
